The Gates
Just watched the documentary The Gates, chronicling the creation of Christo and Jean-Claude’s Central Park installation. Killer documentary - I always love hearing artists attempt to persuade conventionally-thinking people into supporting their project, even though it is usually art for art’s sake. Some great footage of NYC in the 1970’s as well.
