I usually try to stay away from political talk on this thing, and don’t want to even touch op-ed. I am going to stick to facts.

Please remember the following.

1. Bush and Cheney are out of office. Sure, some policies they enacted still have fallout, but hating them doesn’t make America any better, it just misdirects potentially useful emotion.

2. Going on a date with your wife makes you a good husband, but has absolutely nothing to do with the presidency. A highly publicized date does not balance out a poor decision of any type, nor does it make a good decision any better. Husbandry and Presidency are both extremely important, but are mutually exclusive.
