The pursuit of justice
Yesterday I was pulled over by a motorcycle police officer for not having my seat belt fastened. The problem with this was my seat belt was fastened. He claimed that when he drove past me in traffic, with both of us going about 35-40 mph, he saw the buckle up near the top of the door. My mind has been spinning because this seems to make me instantly defenseless, my word against his, with a price of $147.
Anyone have any ideas on what to do in this situation?
